Born not earlier than 2 August 1994 and not later than 1 August 2005. Attempts: 6; 9 for OBC and for PwBD of General/EWS; unlimited for SC/ST.

Candidates awaiting results may apply. Fee: ₹100 at application, plus ₹200 for those admitted to the Main exam (paid in a 10-day window after the Preliminary result).
