Read the detailed advertisement and the Instructions for Applicants on rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
Log in to the SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) or use 'Apply Online' on the RPSC site, open Citizen Apps (G2C) and choose Recruitment Portal.
First-time applicants complete One Time Registration (OTR); name, father's name, date of birth, gender and photo are taken from Aadhaar / Jan Aadhaar.
Pay the one-time registration fee if you have not paid it before, fill the form, upload your signature and thumb impression, and note the application number (preview is not submission).
