Qualification

Engineers: 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical. Junior Executives: 3-year full-time diploma in the discipline (or B.Sc. Chemistry, BBA/BMS-HR, any graduation, or science graduate with Fire & Safety diploma, by post). Officers: CA/CMA or MBA Finance with graduation, PG in HR, or B.E. CSE/MCA for IS. Minimum 65% aggregate for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD (page 24).
