  1. Register on hpsc.gov.in with your mobile number and Aadhaar number (use only the mobile number if your Aadhaar data is not updated); a login ID is created.
  2. Log in and fill the application form against Advt. No. 22/2026 carefully; no change is allowed after submission.
  3. Pay the fee online (net banking, debit or credit card) by 05:00 PM on the closing date.
  4. Download the application printout, check and sign it, and upload the signed copy; without it the application is rejected.
