Computer Science (regular), MCA (regular) or B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Computer Engg./IT (regular) with 55% (52.25% for SC and PwBD); Hindi/Sanskrit in Matric or Hindi in 10+2/B.A./M.A.; HTET/STET qualified; consistent good academic record (50% average in any three of 10th/12th/graduation/PG). Other subjects follow the same service rules with a PG in the subject. Fee: ₹1000 (General and all other candidates); ₹250 (DSC, OSC, BC-A/BC-B non-creamy layer, ESM, EWS and women of Haryana); nil for PwBD of Haryana (40%+). Online only, not refundable. PDF p.5
