- Once selected, register and log in on scholarships.gov.in (National Scholarship Portal)
- Fill the NMMS application (fresh in Class IX, renewal each year after) before the NSP deadline
- Get it verified by your school, then by the district/state nodal officer; ₹12,000 a year is paid by DBT
