Qualification: A 3-year regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised institute (distance-mode diplomas not accepted). Must be a permanent resident of Assam. Fee: ₹250 General, ₹150 OBC/MOBC, nil for SC/ST/BPL/PwBD; everyone also pays a ₹47.20 CSC-SPV processing fee (₹297.20 / ₹197.20 / ₹47.20). PDF p.2
