How to apply

Steps

  1. Applicants can get the application form from the Anganwadi Centre/Gram Panchayat/ CDPO(ICDS) Office/District Women and child Officer office.
  2. Fill out the application form and attach all the required documents with it.
  3. Submit the Application Form along with the documents in the same office.
  4. Application Forms and Documents will be scrutinized by the concerned officials.
  5. The applicant will be informed through SMS about the eligibility or ineligibility.
  6. Eligible Beneficiaries will get financial assistance in their bank account once their application is finally approved by the department office.
