- Photo: No photo upload: the form takes a live photo with your webcam or phone camera. Plain background, good light, no cap, mask or glasses.
- Signature: About 6.0 × 2.0 cm (the notice's annexure says 4.0 × 2.0 cm). Blurred or tiny signatures are rejected.
