  2. Register on mpsc.meghalaya.gov.in (one-time registration, if the body uses it).mpsc.meghalaya.gov.in पर रजिस्टर करें (अगर संस्था वन-टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन लेती है)।
  3. Fill in the form, upload the photo and signature as specified, and pay the fee.फ़ॉर्म भरें, बताए अनुसार फ़ोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करें, और फ़ीस भरें।
